Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the bar venue and ensure that high standards of service are maintained.
  • Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager as needed and take responsibility for coordinating daily bar activities.
  • Display full knowledge of food and beverage offerings and provide accurate information to guests.
  • Ensure that colleagues start and finish shifts at the correct time and assist in setting up the bar for all meal periods.
  • Be familiar with all billing procedures and handle banqueting area relevant equipment efficiently.
  • Attend daily meetings and mandatory training sessions arranged by the hotel.
  • Maintain a zero-tolerance policy on harassment or discrimination and adhere to hotel grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Act as a hotel ambassador at all times and perform additional duties requested by management.
  • Follow the principle of the 5Ps 'Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance' and ensure correct quality, presentation, and delivery of all drinks.
  • Perform administrative tasks designated by management and supervise F&B service by directing and supporting subordinates.
  • Identify and carry out specific training and development needs among the team.
