Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the salary administration program and other assigned duties.

  1. Adjust employee salaries in response to internal influences (promotions, merit increases, general increases, annual increments, lump-sum increases) and external influences.
  2. Assist in developing job descriptions for all staff positions within the organization.
  3. Support the collection of information required for the salary survey provided by external consultants.
  4. Communicate and collect monthly employee data from HRMS and line managers as needed.
  5. Review current compensation for new hires and compare it with company salary rates to determine offers.
  6. Establish and recommend suitable salary and grade levels for new employees, aligning with the current salary structure.
  7. Review and evaluate the current compensation range for all positions within the organization.
  8. Handle compensation inquiries to provide quality customer service to employees.
  9. Analyze employee data using statistical methods such as Excel Pivot tables, regression, and path analysis.
  10. Prepare monthly reports on new hires and salary adjustments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of Human Resource principles and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of statistics.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the telecommunications industry.
Benefits:

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or a related field, with a preference for minors in HR studies.
