
Salary Administration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the salary administration program and other assigned duties.
- Adjust employee salaries in response to internal influences (promotions, merit increases, general increases, annual increments, lump-sum increases) and external influences.
- Assist in developing job descriptions for all staff positions within the organization.
- Support the collection of information required for the salary survey provided by external consultants.
- Communicate and collect monthly employee data from HRMS and line managers as needed.
- Review current compensation for new hires and compare it with company salary rates to determine offers.
- Establish and recommend suitable salary and grade levels for new employees, aligning with the current salary structure.
- Review and evaluate the current compensation range for all positions within the organization.
- Handle compensation inquiries to provide quality customer service to employees.
- Analyze employee data using statistical methods such as Excel Pivot tables, regression, and path analysis.
- Prepare monthly reports on new hires and salary adjustments.
- Good knowledge of Human Resource principles and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of statistics.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Good understanding of the telecommunications industry.
This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or a related field, with a preference for minors in HR studies.
Others:Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience.
