Project Controls Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to join our team.
- This role will lead the Project Controls function on projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality results while minimizing costs and risks.
- You will develop and maintain integrated project schedules, aligning with work plans, resource allocations, and procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage project cost control systems, including forecasting, budgeting, earned value management (EVM), and cost reporting.
- Implement and maintain risk and change management processes, ensuring timely assessment and mitigation planning.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to project leadership, stakeholders, and corporate functions.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance against baseline plans and KPIs.
- Conduct variance analysis and proactively recommend corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 20 years of experience, with at least 10 years as Lead/Manager.
- Professional certification in project controls, such as PMP, CCP (AACE), or equivalent is desirable.
