Strategic Digital Marketing Professional

Job Description:

• To be the custodian of our digital strategy, public media, and web imagery.
• Assist in formulating strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
• Develop and enhance property content and sustainability efforts and execute developmental and environmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce marketing strategy reports and drive digital materials.
• Plan and monitor company presence on social media channels and all online channels.
• Measure performance of digital marketing channels on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stay up-to-date with online marketing trends and maintain consistency in brand presence.
• Track online reputation and update brand website for the Resort.
• Liaise with the HQ team to ensure tasks are completed and delivered within the deadline.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in marketing management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing marketing budgets.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A creative mindset with strong understanding of content marketing and brand management.
• Knowledge of sustainable business practices and corporate social responsibility.
