About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our operations in Oman. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will require strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering results.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in Oman, focusing on modern trade channels.
  2. Manage a team of customer-facing staff to deliver exceptional sales performance and build strong relationships with key accounts.
  3. Prepare and implement annual operation plans, including trade investments and stock management.
  4. Create promotional strategies and agreements with key customers, as well as conduct regular evaluation meetings.
  5. Lead product sales analysis, observe market conditions, and develop pricing strategies to optimize company profitability.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree (Bachelor's minimum)
  • At least 5 years of experience in modern trade, preferably in Oman or UAE
  • Strong account executive or management track record
  • Valid driving license
  • Proficient in English and Arabic
