Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Oman.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and expand our presence in Oman, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Buid a high-performing team by recruiting and retaining skilled professionals.
  • Implement and achieve our corporate business objectives and strategies.
  • Manage the financial performance and P&L statement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Represent the company in the market, promoting our reputation.
  • Oversee operational functioning and ensure compliance with governance policies.
  • Drive high performance through leadership and team inspiration.
  • Coordinate the deployment and execution of our policies locally.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the ICT industry, with at least 5 years in the Oman market.
  • Over 5 years' experience in managerial and leadership positions, with a degree in Business, Management, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in corporate leadership and achievement, with a strong understanding of Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR.
  • Experience in managing large-scale channel ecosystems, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required, with Arabic being a plus.
