Hotel Operations Director

About the Role:The Hotel Manager is responsible for coordinating operational departments to ensure seamless hotel operations. They must maintain guest satisfaction at the highest levels and chair the Fire, Life, Health, Safety, Security and Sustainability program.

This role requires a master of craft who thrives in a team that succeeds together, demonstrating integrity and respect while acting responsibly. Embracing a growth mindset, they deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Cascade new hotel strategies to colleagues.
    • Distribute and enforce corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
    • Promote quality assurance and VIP handling initiatives.
  • Financial Management:
    • Support the Director of Finance in budget preparation and implementation.
    • Rationalize fixed and variable operational expenses.
    • Align with financial objectives and forecasts.
  • Sustainability and Guest Experience:
    • Ensure guests and colleagues are in a safe, healthy, and secure environment.
    • Grow and improve sustainability efforts as per set targets.
  • Guest Satisfaction:
    • Maintain high visibility with customers.
    • Investigate guest feedback and report to the General Manager.
