Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Business cum Testing in our organization.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with Sharia principles while conducting testing activities related to Islamic banking assets modules, payments, and profit distribution processes.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams, developers, and testing teams to validate functional requirements and design, execute, and manage test cases, test plans, and defect tracking for core Islamic banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an SME for Islamic banking testing activities, ensuring compliance with Sharia principles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system behavior aligns with Islamic banking rules.
  • Analyze and validate transactions related to Murabaha, Mudarabah, Istisna, and Ijarah financing.
  • Support automation initiatives to improve test efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Islamic banking frameworks and regulatory guidelines.
  • Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, tools, and defect management.
  • Exposure to core banking systems used in Islamic banking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
