Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in motivating and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform project decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
