Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director - Power Plants to lead the execution of power plant projects. This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to showcase their project management skills, working with multiple stakeholders and ensuring project milestones are met.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the power industry. They should be adept at working with EPC contractors, power companies, and multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of power plant projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage EPC contracts, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective project coordination.
  • Mobilize resources efficiently, manage subcontractors, and ensure design and specialized services are delivered on time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the power industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects, including power plants.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mobilize resources effectively.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
