Commercial Lead

The Commercial Lead will be responsible for driving commercial growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize productivity.
  • Managing relationships with clients and ensuring comprehensive coverage of the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Establishing parameters, quoting, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business related to properties.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in governmental sales and hospitality is essential.
  • Local experience and proficiency in Arabic are preferred.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems.
