We are seeking an experienced and skilled SAP and IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the strategic implementation, management, and optimization of our SAP systems and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage SAP ERP systems for large teams
  • Oversee the management and support of SAP systems, including re-implementation of SAP ERP
  • Develop and implement cloud infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments
  • Mentor and develop IT staff to foster a high-performance team

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in information technology or a related field (preferred)
  • Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP
  • Minimum 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Proven experience in SAP ERP implementation and management

Technical Expertise:

  • Extensive knowledge of ERP administration and integration
  • Deep understanding of SAP systems and infrastructure
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments
  • Strong background in cybersecurity and data protection protocols

Leadership and Strategic Planning Skills:

  • Experience in strategic IT planning and budget management
  • Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and drive IT innovations
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop IT staff

Project Management and Vendor Relations:

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
  • Strong vendor management skills, including negotiating with IT service providers
