Job Overview:

We are seeking an Accommodation Booking Expert to join our team at Alila Hinu Bay. In this role, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, booking reservations, and providing accurate information about hotel amenities and services.

About the Role:
  • As an Accommodation Booking Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, answering their queries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of guest requests.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also be proficient in using computer systems and have a strong understanding of data entry principles.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably in a front desk or reservation role. Knowledge of Opera and Arabic language is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Booking Reservations: Receive and process guest requests for room bookings, dining reservations, and other hotel services.
  2. Providing Information: Ensure guests receive accurate and timely information about hotel policies, amenities, and services.
  3. Data Entry: Accurately record and update guest information, reservation details, and payment transactions in the hotel's system.
