Job Details:

Alila Hinu Bay is seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling guest complaints, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role:
  • As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, answering their queries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of guest requests.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably in a front desk or reservation role. Knowledge of Opera and Arabic language is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide accurate information about hotel policies, amenities, and services.
  2. Handling Guest Complaints: Resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and any issues encountered.
