Job Overview

This role involves providing exceptional guest experiences from check-in through check-out, ensuring an efficient reception experience, and contributing to a positive outcome of guest queries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and efficient solutions to guest inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Ensure the Reception Manager is informed of relevant feedback from guests and other departments.
  • Participate in training courses as required and support the Night Team's training efforts.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions necessary for daily duties.
  • Maximize room occupancy by promoting hotel services and facilities.
  • Handle foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash according to the hotel's credit policy.
  • Comply with security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
  • Familiarize yourself with front-of-house equipment and property management systems, adhering to company brand standards.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
