Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Project Planning: Develop project scope and objectives that meet the strategic goals of the organization by involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Manage the delivery of all outputs related to the project, ensuring all activities are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Site Management: Oversee project setup, site mobilization, and demobilization to ensure resources, manpower, site preparations, and logistics are organized effectively.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as an interface between different departments to ensure efficient coordination across all stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly review the quality of work completed with the project team to ensure adherence to project standards.
- Risk Mitigation: Perform risk assessments to minimize project risks, in coordination with the risk and compliance department.
Key Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in civil/architectural engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution is essential. We require 10-12 years of experience managing mixed-use developments, with demonstrated leadership, management, and mentoring of multiple project teams.
