Site Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee operations for our prestigious projects in Muscat, Oman.

This is a senior role responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with engineering designs and specifications, supervising contractors, technicians, and laborers, preparing daily reports and updating project documentation, resolving on-site technical issues and providing engineering solutions, and enforcing strict adherence to HSE regulations and company policies.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of site engineering experience in construction projects, strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software, proficiency in MS Project/Primavera for scheduling, excellent understanding of construction methodologies and materials, familiarity with Oman construction regulations and standards, and a degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Supervision: Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site.
  • Quality Control: Ensure compliance with engineering designs and specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise contractors, technicians, and laborers.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare daily reports and update project documentation.
  • Technical Support: Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to HSE regulations and company policies.
Required Skills & Software Proficiency:
  • 5+ years of site engineering experience in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
  • Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera for scheduling.
  • Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
  • Familiarity with Oman construction regulations and standards.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
