As a key member of the team, you will contribute to banking administration and monitor debt exposure for underlying entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will assess, review and ensure implementation of annual borrowing plans for OIA entities.
  • Business operations, financial performance and operational structures will be analyzed to identify optimal debt structures.
  • Cash flow positions of portfolio companies will be assessed to determine appropriate funding requirements for long-term and working capital needs.
  • Strong relationships will be built and maintained with banks, financial institutions and other entities to ensure access to funding.

Financial modeling techniques and tools will be utilized to support funding analysis and decision-making processes. Scenario analyses will be developed to assess potential impacts of financing decisions.

Compliance with Treasury Management department policies and procedures will be ensured, fulfilling relevant procedural and legislative requirements.

Staying updated on best practices in debt and treasury management will foster innovation.
