About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated In-House Counsel Assistant to join our Litigation Support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing assistance in drafting and reviewing litigation documents.
  2. Attending court proceedings as required.
  3. Handling correspondences related to legal matters.
  4. Accompanying staff on field activities to provide guidance and collect relevant information.
  5. Supporting investigations and maintaining active liaison with HR Unit.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of corporate commercial law and labor law.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a commercial environment or legal practice.
  • Strong understanding of corporate commercial law and labor law.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
