Job Description

As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guidance to international students in finding the most suitable education opportunities that align with their learning and career aspirations.

  • Counsel prospective students on suitable study options, including courses and institutions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of student needs and provide expert advice on admissions requirements, processes, and qualification options.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with students and their families to ensure IDP is regarded as a highly professional and trusted service provider.
  • Support students through the admissions, visa, and pre-departure processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proven experience in sales-driven environments with a strong focus on achieving individual and team-based targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
