We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused ORACLE Hospitality POS Consultant with extensive experience in Simphony and RES applications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in delivering, implementing, and supporting ORACLE Hospitality Point of Sale systems, both onsite and remotely. Experience with Materials Control is considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Hospitality POS systems (Simphony & RES).
  • Deliver high-quality customer support, training, and consultation to clients across various hospitality environments.
  • Coordinate and execute onsite and offsite installations, configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Analyse customer requirements and recommend optimal solutions using Oracle Hospitality products.
  • Maintain detailed documentation including configuration, user manuals, and training guides.
  • Provide post-implementation support and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Oracle standards and hospitality industry best practices.
  • (Optional/Desirable) Support inventory and procurement processes using Materials Control (MC) if required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with ORACLE Hospitality POS solutions (Simphony and/or RES).
  • Proven track record of customer-facing roles, with excellent client handling and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of POS configurations, menu design, reporting, and system troubleshooting.
  • Experience with product delivery and full project lifecycle implementation.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of hospitality workflows and operational processes.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite deployments as necessary.

Preferred / Added Advantage:

  • Experience with Oracle Materials Control (MC) – inventory and procurement systems.
  • ORACLE Hospitality certifications (Simphony, RES) are highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Windows Server environments, and networking fundamentals.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • High level of professionalism and customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Hospitality Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
