We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your key accountability includes managing and directing a team of construction professionals by providing communication, coordination, and follow-up to meet project goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving all construction-related documents, drawings, method statements, plans, and procedures.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface with other departments and contractors. You will also be responsible for developing an Omani construction team by providing on-the-job training and actively participating in their development plan.
