This individual will be responsible for planning, implementing, and administering EChannels Applications Systems. The successful candidate will have strong experience in system development, design, and implementation, as well as issue resolution and SLA management.

The responsibilities of this role include leading technical discussions, preparing and designing architecture documents, analyzing and supporting reported issues, and correctly assigning tasks to stakeholders. Additionally, the successful candidate will prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports, ensure the housekeeping and monitoring of application environments, and represent IT in various meetings.

In terms of system management, the ideal candidate will have proactive monitoring and maintenance skills for MMS Systems, integration/interface with other applications, requirement analysis for projects/enhancements related to the Mandate Management system, and issue resolution within agreed SLAs. Furthermore, they will ensure audit/regulatory/security compliance, system uptime, and management reporting.

Interacting with stakeholders is also a crucial aspect of this role, including interacting with business users, mandate management teams, and vendors while handling support, new business requirements, and projects. The successful candidate will maintain system performance at an acceptable level, coordinate with respective technical team leads to ensure changes fit into the overall architecture of the Mandate Management Application, and analyze the impact of new business requirements from a mandate management perspective.
