Global Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our global team responsible for travel, logistics, event planning, and administration.

This is a complex operation that requires outstanding coordination, planning, decision-making, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and management skills.

The team is responsible for coordinating large-scale company events involving travel for hundreds of people from over 80 countries. These events require rigorous planning, attention to detail, and high work ethic.

The team also serves as an independent check on expense claim approval, ensuring fairness and consistency across teams and countries. This requires integrity, transparency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel approvals, logistics, and operations
  • Expense review in line with policies
  • Planning of complex company events four times a year
  • Company offices providing executive briefing and operational facilities
  • Global duty of care, health, and safety programs with comprehensive policies and practices

  • An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical or business subject
  • Drive and a track record of going above-and-beyond expectations
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Demonstrable good judgment in matters involving money, policy, and in-person interactions
