Chef De Partie Job Summary

We're looking for skilled professionals to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will support senior chefs, manage daily operations, maintain high-quality standards, supervise staff, plan menus, and handle inventory efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain seamless kitchen operations, adhering to quality control guidelines.
  • Planning and Direction: Assist senior chefs in planning and directing food preparation, ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
  • Problem-Solving and Leadership: Resolve issues proactively, take charge of problematic situations, and lead the team effectively.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, and evaluate kitchen personnel, establish work schedules, and assess performance.
  • Communication: Provide clear direction to kitchen staff, communicate tasks clearly, and ensure seamless workflow.
  • Inventory Control: Order supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to sanitation regulations and safety standards.

Ideal Candidate

Requirements

  • Prior experience as DCDP or CDP.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in hospitality, catering, or high-volume food production environments.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (day, afternoon, night) depending on company needs.
