Job Title: Project Management Specialist

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing power plant projects on an EPC basis. This involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  2. EPC Contract Management: Negotiate and manage EPC contracts with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently.
  4. Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with MNC clients, power companies, and EPC companies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of half a decade in project management roles, preferably in the power plant sector.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of EPC processes, excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
