Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects.
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining overall plans and schedules for project activities, including ad-hoc construction service requests and integrated maintenance plans.
- You will oversee work activity progress reporting and regular updates to plans and schedules.
- Collaborating with project engineers, design engineers, and construction engineers, you will develop activity plans/schedules for projects, including engineering, procurement, construction, and CSU activities.
- You will work closely with our Engineering & Operations planning department to plan, report, and execute engineering, construction, and CSU activities.
- You will optimize resource allocation and prioritization in conjunction with project engineers and construction coordinators.
- You will monitor project progress and provide early warnings of potential delays, proposing mitigation strategies to project engineers and construction coordinators.
- Proficiency in using PCs, data management, and planning software is required.
- Experience with Primavera P6 planning is mandatory.
- You must be able to build logic precedence networks and challenge proposed logic from other disciplines to optimize project and maintenance planning.
- Skilled in building resource activity plans, including ongoing updates, change control, progress reporting, and more.
- Excellent communication skills and general multi-discipline knowledge/awareness are essential.
