Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our customer loyalty and retention initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and retention.
About the Position:
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as experience in managing customer relationships and data analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement targeted loyalty programs that meet our customers' needs and drive business growth.
- Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute customer loyalty and retention strategies
- Analyze customer data to inform program development and optimization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement loyalty programs
- Measure and evaluate program effectiveness
Essential Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
