  • Assist in maintaining a positive learning environment through effective classroom management strategies.

  • Participate in meetings related to student support plans (e.g., IEP, 504, RTI meetings).

  • Model and teach appropriate social skills and conflict resolution strategies.

  • Supervise students during non-instructional times (e.g., lunch, recess, transitions).

  • Adapt instructional materials and activities for students with special needs.
