
Total Rewards Strategist

Our client, Orion Group, is seeking a seasoned Total Rewards Strategist to drive strategic initiatives and optimize compensation programs. As an integral member of the HR team, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive total rewards strategies that align with business goals and competitive market positioning.
About This RoleThis key position will manage Total Rewards & Employee Recognition and Communication (ERC) Programs, including budgeting, utilization, and forecasting yearly estimates. The successful candidate will also oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, as well as HRIS technology supporting HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation design, market analysis, and pay equity principles. They will possess excellent business and technical report writing skills, planning skills, forward thinking, and data analysis and reporting skills to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Development and execution of Total Rewards & HRIS related tasks and initiatives.
- Manage Total Rewards & ERC, Payroll, HR Systems, and HR Projects considering business complexities and geographical distributions.
In addition, the Total Rewards Strategist will use HRIS data to analyze HR metrics, trends, and workforce analytics, providing insights to inform HR and organizational decision-making. They will also support the company in regular market surveys and analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.
This role requires a minimum of 12+ years' experience in a similar role in a large oil industry organization, with in-depth knowledge and experience with HRIS systems, database management, and data analysis tools.
