About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in property or infrastructure project management, with a proven track record of delivering large and complex projects on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects in line with client expectations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective project plans and risk management strategies
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Key Requirements
  • Extensive experience in property or infrastructure project management (minimum 10 years)
  • Commercial acumen, with experience in developing and managing project budgets
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large, diverse teams and develop effective working relationships with senior stakeholders
  • MCIoB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or local equivalent, along with relevant construction skills certification scheme (CSCS) card
