As a Sous Chef, you will lead the kitchen team with high organization skills and effective delegation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise colleagues to ensure exceptional production quality and efficient service execution.
  2. Maintain a positive attitude and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
  3. Develop and train colleagues to reach their full potential, setting high standards through personal example.

You will collaborate with the Executive Chef on departmental goals, budget reviews, and maintenance needs. Ensure food preparation meets recipes and standards, conducting quality checks and tastings.

Fundamental Qualifications
  • 3 years of formal culinary education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience as a Sous Chef in various kitchen stations.

A passion for food, desire for perfection, and ability to inspire colleagues are essential qualities. Effective supervision, training, and administrative skills are also necessary. Adaptability, energy, and a positive attitude make you an ideal candidate.

This role involves leading daily shift briefings, assisting in developing new menu items, monitoring payroll costs, and providing training and support to new culinary colleagues.
