Requirements and Qualifications
  • Fluency in English: Excellent spoken and written communication skills are essential.
  • Arabic language proficiency: Very Good understanding is required.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and diverse group interactions.

    • Knowledge of personnel/human resource functions and policies.
  • Experience:
    • More than 6 years of relevant working experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of GSM, 3G, and IP technologies.
    • Extensive knowledge of Transmission: Microwave, Optical, Leased Lines.
    • Advanced knowledge of VAS Elements: SMS, MMS, MTV, WAP, etc.
    • Comprehensive understanding of Network Management Systems and TMN Architecture (OSS, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).
    • Deep insight into network topology, traffic handling capabilities, and characteristics.
    • Expertise in network performance/configuration parameters and their interpretation.
    • Network service/performance-focused approach.
    • Thorough knowledge of network operation processes and interfaces.
    • In-depth knowledge of network implementation/integration processes.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering & Electronics / Telecommunications / Computer Science.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Proficiency in English language.
    • Motivated and self-assured individual.
    • Arabic speaking is highly valued.
