We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our accommodation staff, you will be responsible for updating the status of guest rooms on our assignment sheet. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team.

Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning and professional growth. If you have good communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to resolve guest complaints and queries promptly and politely, we encourage you to apply.

In this role, you will assist with administrative and support activities, including answering calls and managing correspondence. You will also be responsible for organizing documents and maintaining records.

This is an entry-level position that offers training and growth opportunities. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
