Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the housekeeping department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

The Housekeeping Coordinator arranges and assists in daily housekeeping operations and requirements, ensures maintenance of all room keys and auxiliary locks, and oversees cleaning tasks. The role also includes administrative duties such as preparing paperwork, maintaining staff records, assigning cleaning tasks, taking inventories, and communicating effectively with guests and team members.

Qualifications
  • Ideally hold a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience as an administrative or coordination role.
  • Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
