Campaign Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing campaigns that leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to optimize customer engagement and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with data science teams to identify key metrics and analytical models that enhance campaign performance.

About the Role
This pivotal role requires a results-driven individual who can develop and execute data-driven campaign strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and leverage customer insights. You will design, implement, and manage the end-to-end campaign process, from planning and setup through execution and post-campaign analysis. Additionally, you will utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute data-driven campaign strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
  2. Collaborate with data science teams to identify key metrics and analytical models.
  3. Design, implement, and manage the end-to-end campaign process.
  4. Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in campaign management or marketing analytics. A proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex marketing campaigns is also essential. You should have strong analytical skills, expertise in data visualization tools, and proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
