Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our AI observability platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML product integration, with experience in telecom, enterprise, or data-intensive industries. They will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to translate complex requirements into a clear product vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate product requirements into clear, actionable user stories and collaborate with telecom experts to ensure seamless connectivity with core network systems and OSS.
- AI & Gen AI Integration: Oversee integration of LLMs and Gen AI features, such as NLP queries, AI-based anomaly detection, and automated reporting.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, iteration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7-10+ years as a Product Manager in tech/software, ideally in telecom, enterprise, or data-intensive industries.
- Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to translate complex requirements into a clear product vision, proficiency in Agile, JIRA, Confluence, and UX and data visualization awareness.
- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, MBA or equivalent is a plus.
