Job Description:
We are seeking an Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. This role involves a range of tasks including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate staff members.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
