The Sales Executive role is a dynamic opportunity to showcase our extensive range of vehicles and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As the face of the dealership, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective buyers and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct the sales process in a professional manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while adhering to distributor policies.
- Actively prospect, follow up on all sales leads, acquire new customers, and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the showroom, embodying the brand image.
- Qualify customers and establish a relationship to conduct an in-depth needs analysis and provide trust and confidence to the customer.
- Explain vehicle performance, product details, features, and benefits according to the sales process.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue.
- Maintain CRM systems to manage the list of new/existing customers as per the sales funnel.
- Offer and accompany the customer during test drives, following the test drive process.
- Ensure smooth completion of the sales contract associated documents.
- Introduce finance, Insurance, and lease products during the sales process.
- Facilitate relevant departments receive sufficient customer information for a seamless hand-over.
- Ensure relevant paperwork, car registration, and/or insurance documentation is completed according to distributor policies.
- Organize the vehicle handover according to distributor policy.
- Introduce the customer to the after-sales department.
- Handle customer complaints tactfully and promptly, adhering to distributor policies and escalating difficult cases immediately.
- Utilize various methods (e.g., telephone, email, visit) to acquire and follow up on prospective customers, compiling customer contracts reports.
- Ensure regular and prompt updates of customer database and records to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Share knowledge and best practices regarding specialized products or product groups with the sales team.
- Gain knowledge on dealership and competitor products, features, and accessories, updating this regularly.
- Uphold company values throughout business practices and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years working experience in a sales role within the automotive industry.
