Are you a skilled project manager looking to drive innovation and excellence in your work? We have an exciting opportunity for a senior commercial manager to join our team in Oman.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, guiding and coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives and KPIs. They will provide day-to-day management and leadership of the project and team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while managing tasks and deliverables effectively.

Key Requirements
  • You must have experience working in the UAE, which is essential for client approval.
  • A proven track record of managing small to medium-sized projects is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and planning skills are essential.
  • You should have developing budget oversight expertise and proficiency in stakeholder collaboration and project management methodologies.
  • An understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing is also necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MCIoB, MAPM, MRICS, or equivalent qualifications are desirable.
  • Experience in construction delivery phases is beneficial.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional experience are preferred.
  • A Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card or equivalent is advantageous.
