Construction Project Manager Job Description

KILONEWTONS is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Oman. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of on-site experience, strong technical knowledge, and expertise in project management software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits.
  • Review blueprints, drawings, and BOQs for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
  • Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with Oman construction laws & safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's is a plus).
  • 5+ years of site engineering experience (GCC experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MS Project, or Primavera.
  • Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and QA/QC processes.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and GIS data.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
