Senior Campaign Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies utilizing traditional and digital channels to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Campaign Management: Manage the entire campaign process, from concept development and creative briefings to execution and performance analysis.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaign goals align with organizational objectives and market needs. Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external partners for seamless campaign execution.
  5. Data Analysis: Use data analytics tools to monitor campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future strategies.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform campaign strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. 8+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
  2. Creative Problem-Solving Skills: Strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  3. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing approaches.
  4. Leadership and Team Management: Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams.
  5. Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with strong creative problem-solving skills.
