Job Overview

This role involves developing and maintaining accurate demand plans based on trend analysis, historical data, and planned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish rolling forecasts for multiple time horizons to inform business decisions.

  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare demand plans that align with planned growth rates and market activities.

  3. Monitor inventory levels and provide feedback to sales teams to maintain quality.

  4. Bridge the gap between supply and demand by improving forecasting and planning processes.

  5. Ensure proactive planning considers supply constraints.

  6. Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports.

  7. Maintain effective communication channels with internal and external contacts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a master's degree with experience in Demand/Supply Planning and Inventory Management. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to think critically and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

A good working knowledge of MS Excel is also required.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to build effective working relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
