Retail Business Leader

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to drive revenue growth while maintaining brand image, operational compliance, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain effective relationships with key business partners.
- Analyse customer profiles to provide actionable feedback to relevant stakeholders on marketing, buying, and planning strategies.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards within brand guidelines, implementing company expectations on maintenance and cleanliness.
- Monitor sales per square foot to optimise productivity within brand and store specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations to enhance commercial opportunities.
- Drive sales growth, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, leading by example, and effectively resolving customer complaints.
- Minimise stock loss through the implementation and adherence of established policies and procedures.
- Analyse stock management information to maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide regular reports to gain insights into current performance trends, identify commercial opportunities, and inform buying and planning decisions.
- Develop and implement effective sales promotions and brand activities through strategic planning and preparation.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
- Liaise with the operations team to conduct stock takes in-store.
- Adhere to company health and safety standards at all times.
- Provide leadership and direction to team members to achieve goals and objectives.
- Coach and motivate team members to enhance performance and produce high-quality work, and support their development for higher-level roles.
