Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-minded Hostess to provide top-notch hospitality services to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby area.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. A diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred, along with at least 2-4 years of experience in a similar position. You should also be proficient in multiple languages, including Arabic, and have a solid understanding of Food and Beverage service standards.
