Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced system engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance of computing infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems engineering, installation, configuration, operation, support, and maintenance. They will also have experience with AIX operating system and proficiency in key technologies used in SAP such as ERP, Oracle, Solman/CHARM, HANA, patch upgrades, and IT security.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computing, Engineering, or Mathematics or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in SAP basis systems engineering, installation, configuration, operations, upgrade, and support/maintenance
  • Minimum 4 years' hands-on and deployment experience in AIX operating system
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in infrastructure planning and management, change management, networking, Data Storage, HA, and IT security
  • Proficient in key technologies used in SAP such as SAP ERP, SAPpHiRe, Oracle (DBA), Solman/CHARM, SAP HANA, SAP patch upgrade, SAP - ERP admin, and HANA certification is preferred

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the process to ensure that PDO computing infrastructure is compliant with IM&T security standards, contribute to the process to ensure that computing infrastructure roadmaps are in place and are in line with business demands and growth, and execute computing infrastructure implementation projects.
