Job Title:

Head of IT Infrastructure

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT professional to lead our IT infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and operation.

  1. Designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
  2. Maintaining and improving the overall reliability and efficiency of IT systems.
  3. Leading a team of IT professionals to ensure effective project delivery.
  4. Developing and managing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  5. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning and designing IT infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
  • Managing IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Ensuring IT infrastructure is aligned with business strategies.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain IT infrastructure.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
