As a detail-oriented Income Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of hotel revenue. This involves verifying all hotel revenues, preparing daily revenue reports, and reconciling financial documents.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Verification: Ensure that all hotel revenues (Rooms, F&B, Spa, Laundry, Business Center, etc.) are fully and correctly posted.
  • Daily Revenue Reporting: Prepare and distribute the Daily Revenue Report to relevant stakeholders.
  • Income Audit Checklist: Complete the daily income audit checklist for reporting consistency.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Review and reconcile voids, discounts, cancellations, and manual checks—ensuring proper sequencing and approvals.
Auditing & Compliance
  • Complimentary Room Authorizations: Review complimentary and house-use room authorizations based on Housekeeping reports.
  • Rate Variance Reports: Verify rate variance reports and validate accuracy from reservations.
  • Cash Handling: Check officers' checks and entertainment bills for proper approval and justification.
  • Barter Transactions: Confirm barter transactions are documented and approved.
  • Cash Counting: Conduct monthly surprise cash counts at outlet cashier points.
  • ID Checks: Perform random ID checks in F&B outlets to ensure accountability.
  • Guest Ledger Accounts: Reconcile guest ledger accounts and assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
We're Looking for Someone with:
  • Experience: Experience in income audit, finance, or accounting, ideally in a hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of hotel operations and revenue streams.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Integrity: High level of integrity and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PMS and accounting software.
