This role is responsible for driving sales strategy, enhancing business growth, and strengthening customer relationships in Oman. The ideal candidate will assist in executing sales plans, managing key accounts, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and market share targets.

- Ensure flawless execution and achieve Perfect Store Compliance.
- Deliver numeric & weighted distribution.
- Drive Gross Margin improvements.
- Land the agreed subchannel TMIs.
The role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive business success.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in managerial roles in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or a related industry and 4 years' of selling experience in Gulf Market.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
