Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare all administrative documents required by the sales team.
  • Respond promptly to telephone, fax, and email inquiries.
  • Coordinate all familiarization visits and site inspections as needed.
  • Attend monthly sales meetings.
  • Manage all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence database.

You will also be responsible for compiling weekly statistical reports, maintaining filing systems, managing and updating the database, and assisting with promotional activities and familiarization events.
